On May 17, Full Circle Adult Day Center broke ground to mark the start of construction for their $1.4 million center at Franklin Business Park, with many of the Full Circle participants in attendance. The 16th Annual Le Tour De Vin,held June 9 at the Marriott Conference Center at NCED, featured a selection of over 200 wines for tasting, cuisine samples from 13 different restaurants, and a silent and live auction.
