Mix on Main

Turnout was robust for the third annual Mix On Main, held Oct. 21 in Norman. Hosted by The Main District, the event features local 
businesses promoting the continued renaissance of one of Norman’s premier corridors. The event includes live music, food trucks, 
beer/wine gardens and outdoor family fun.

December 2017 Around Town

Engelbert Humperdinck’s fairy tale opera Hansel and Gretel will take the stage at the Reynolds Performing Arts Center on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus this holiday season.

Republic Bank & Trust After Hours

On Nov. 17, Republic Bank & Trust hosted Business After Hours at its Downtown Norman Banking Center for 
Norman Chamber of Commerce members. Approximately 200 guests attended the event.

Spike’s Spooktacular Fall Fest

Hundreds of costumed families from across the region attended Spike’s Spooktacular Fall Fest, sponsored by Yelp OKC, Oct. 26 at the 
Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. They enjoyed an evening of spooky tunes, face-painting, costume contests, crafts with the museum’s education department and a museum-wide scavenger hunt.
