10 Ab Wheel Roll Outs (image 1)
Begin on your knees, suck in your belly button, squeeze your glutes, and roll out as far as you can while maintaining a tight core.
10 Dumbbell Pull Throughs (image 2)
Stack your shoulders over your wrists, squeeze your glutes, reach across your body and grab the dumbbell; pull the dumbbell to the opposite side while maintaining a tight core.
10 Dumbbell Z Presses (image 3)
Start in a seated position, place dumbbells in a front rack position, and press dumbbells overhead.
5 Pull Ups (image 4)
Place hands shoulder-width apart, ensure your body is in a hollow position, engage scaps and lats, pull until your chin clears the bar, and lower all the way back down.
40 Yard Sled Push (image 5)
Put desired weight on the sled, ensure arms are locked out, and push the sled 40 yards.
40 Yard Reverse Sled Drag (image 6)
Put desired weight on the sled, ensure you are in a squat position with shoulders rolled back and down, and pull the sled 40 yards.
